Everything a small team needs, nothing it does not

Templates with variables

Write your procedure once with sections, required steps, notes and variables like {{version}}. Or just paste your existing Markdown checklist.

Runs your team checks off together

Start a run, assign steps to people, set a due date. Progress updates live. A run can only be completed when every required step is done.

Triggered from CI

A tag is pushed and the release checklist opens itself. One curl from GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or any cron job.

Audit trail built in

Every check, assignment and completion is recorded: who, what and when. Append-only, exportable to CSV for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence.

Recurring schedules

Weekly patching every Monday, month-end close on the last day, access reviews on the first weekday of the quarter. Runs open themselves, already assigned.

Slack, Teams and email

Get told when a run starts, an item is assigned to you, a run is overdue or done. Per-person email settings, signed webhooks for your own tools.

Share read-only links

Send a status link to stakeholders or customers. The link is unguessable and can be revoked any time.

Your data stays yours

Export everything as JSON any time. Delete your organization with one click, and the subscription is cancelled with it.

Swiss-run, privacy first

Hosted in the EU, operated from Switzerland. Passwordless sign-in. No trackers, no ads.

Open a checklist from your pipeline

Create an API token, then start a run whenever a release is tagged. Your team gets the checklist, the pipeline gets the run's status, so you can gate a deploy on it. Retries are safe with Idempotency-Key.
